![]() If I could recapture that and have it synced with my iPod, ohhhhhhh. As I wrote my response above, I realized that one of the things I liked about my old Rails-run website (before I had to kill it and run Wordpress on my shared hosting account) was that I had a page set up just for my own notes. That might work - it would make me learn PHP. (I'd pay a lot more than $3 for such a feature.) Would an API help? We're considering releasing one. I want to sync it to my own computer or to my own website - say, now THAT would be something. Check out for a good example.Buy now should be a bit bigger, more "Web 2.0"y. Replace the Go To Webapp button with a link that saysAlready a Simplenote User?Get your notes >And when you click on it, you get nice username/password entry points inline via Ajax. Notational Velocity (NV) is a modeless, mouseless Mac OS X note-taking application, as the author describes it, which is elegant, attractive, and powerful. Work began on nimblenote several years ago, and I used it personally for those years. Development ceased on Notational Velocity back in 2011. You could action all of your notes with an intuitive interface, powered by a search box, note list and editor. I much prefer the professional look of that simulator to the shaky cam, hairy palmed approach most take.Much props to this app. The beauty of Notational Velocity was the keyboard-driven user experience. I felt it was clear enough to get the message across on my lowly 15.4" screen - View image here:. Hopefully the HD video I linked above will make things more clear for you.If we get more complaints about the video, I'll be happy to create something that's easier to watch. You can see the video in HD through this link: felt that demoing via the emulator eliminates the problems like screen glare and out-of-focus issues. Hi Webster,Thanks for the comment - yeah I agree with you that the video is bad, but that's just Vimeo's compression. Even if I play the video full screen. The app might very well be good, but you don't know how to sell it.(Also, demoing it via the emulator is silly, don't you guys have a real iPhone that you can film? heh) The embedded video is too small and too low-rez, I have perfect eyesight and can't really see what's happening without moving closer to my 21" screen.
